Here is a sculpture I created as preproduction art for my demo reel. She is a deep sea diver whom is sitting on her helmet apparently lost in thought.

Daily Deviation

Given 2009-06-28

Deep In Thought by ~PhilEllering is beautifully constructed, the pose, especially given the fact that the diver is seated on her own helmet makes the viewer wonder just what is going through her mind, whether she's hit on hard times, contemplating a finished dive, or even thinking about a comrade she might have lost to a deep sea accident. The textures, particularly the smoothness of the areas such as the neck guard and dive boot details are brilliantly executed. (Featured by ^Thebuild)

I do that sometimes. Then I stop and forget what I was thinking about. I suppose that's why I never get anything done! :D Amazing crafting of this beautiful sculpt with so many wonderful details and great forms! Absolutely perfect! Excellent piece and congratulations on the DD! :D
